MEET THE PERSONAL TRAINERS
Here at Chasing Summits we are always looking for ways to improve, help and support you the client with your training, to get mountain fit.
We want you to have the best opportunity to complete your chosen challenge, injury free and most importantly to enjoy it!
So, we now have 4 personal trainers working with us, all fully qualified offering different expertise in lots of different areas.
Upon booking you will be provided with a standard training plan as part of your booking, but we want to give you the chance to train one on one, with one of our amazing guys.
Each offer different plan’s and checks in, to support you every step of the way.

SARAH RIDGEWAY
I’m Sarah, personal trainer, online coach and nutritional ish from the Peak District. Former British Champion natural bodybuilder and current competitive strongwoman. And of course, avid hiker!
I have helped many transform their lives to become physically fitter, stronger, and healthier.
Success rate in my clients who have competed my nutrition and training plans for hiking challenges is 100%.
I welcome you to work with me to get mountain ready. Plans are tailored to you and are app based with 1-2-1 support. I’m with you every step of the way.
Specialising in: Increasing fitness levels, increasing strength, sustainable fat loss and event preparation.
I enjoy being out in the mountains and seeing others become successful in achieving their goals.
My qualifications are level 4 personal trainer & nutritionists, level 3 British weightlifting. CIMSPA registered. Qualified also in gymnastics, peri/postnatal & strength for fat loss and rehabilitation.
MATT SAXON
Hi, my name is Matt Saxon, I am a qualified personal trainer who has also been a social worker for over 10 years.
Having worked with people to overcome challenges, progress and develop my entire life I am expertly situated to supporting you. I believe exercise should be enjoyable, personalised and for everyone. Let's unpick whatever barriers are currently stopping you achieving your goals and overcome them by working together.
There is a huge body of evidence that supports the relationship between exercise and improved mental health. I have a unique outlook towards fitness. I believe that a holistic approach, focusing on emotional wellbeing alongside a structured exercise program, is key to improving overall quality of life. I will ensure you are motivated, educated and accountable to achieving your goals and keeping them for the rest of your life.
